Dr. Sadia Husain is an experienced technology and innovation leader with nearly two decades of experience supporting federal sponsors at the MITRE Corporation, a federally funded research and development center. During her tenure, she guided complex initiatives delivering mission-critical solutions across the homeland security domain, aligning people, processes, and technology to drive efficiency, impact and operational resilience.

Dr. Husain holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from Delhi University, a Bachelors in Systems Engineering from George Mason University, and Masters and Doctor of Engineering degrees in Engineering Management from The George Washington University.

As President of Garud Technology Services, Dr. Husain champions a forward-leaning approach to innovation, expanding mission support capabilities, and fostering strategic partnerships that position Garud for sustainable growth. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration and transparency, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability among her team. She believes in empowering teams, cultivating trust, and delivering results that matter most to customers and communities.

Passionate about leveraging technology to strengthen national security and operational excellence, Dr. Husain brings a commitment to public service, a people-first mindset, and a future-focused vision for Garud to ensure that agility, resilience, and innovation remain at the core of every solution.

As Garud’s Senior Advisor, Rajiv works closely with the President to formulate growth strategies and the supporting business development plans that enable the company’s vision. He oversees day-to-day operations of the company and coordinates execution and customer advocacy with the Director of Business Operations and the Senior Vice President.

Rajiv has over 30 years of experience working in various management and technical positions in the area of business development, program management and as a chief technologist. He has been part of technical solutions for very complex and pressing security needs in both infrastructure and container security applications. He has been an invited speaker as a subject matter expert to address specialized technical applications, particularly in the area of national security challenges and how emerging technology can provide solutions to technical and operational needs.

He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mining Engineering, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Management.

Rajiv and Neelam have been married for 36 years and they have two sons, Kunal and Rahul.

An established leader with more than 20 years of experience in acquisition, procurement, and regulatory compliance, MeLinda serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of Contracts and Compliance. With extensive experience across federal, international, state, and local government as well as commercial contracting, she has successfully managed portfolios exceeding $900 million.

MeLinda holds a B.A. in Political Science from the City University of New York and a Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law.

When she’s not reading regulations, MeLinda enjoys community service, performance arts, and traveling.

Ms. Diana Escobar is a distinguished senior executive with over two decades of experience leading complex, high-value global initiatives. A proud graduate of the University of Miami, she brings refined expertise in program management, operations and risk strategy, human capital leadership, financial oversight, and organizational transformation.

Throughout her career, Ms. Escobar has played a pivotal role in supporting multi-billion-dollar integrated logistics programs and directing sophisticated operations for the U.S. Defense Attaché Office, overseeing both ground and air military-scale facilities. Her leadership is defined by a nuanced understanding of culturally diverse environments, the ability to align high-level stakeholders, and a consistent commitment to delivering exceptional, results-driven outcomes.

Renowned for her strategic vision, Ms. Escobar leads business development and implementation initiatives across a diverse client portfolio, driving operational excellence through precision, efficiency, and innovation. She possesses a deep passion for business development and is dedicated to cultivating strong, lasting relationships that foster growth, trust, and long-term success.
